Hayley is absolutely lovely and very reassuring, I cant believe I ended up laughing during an intimate wax, It was my first ever experience and I was very nervous. Clean and professional room and an efficient service. Hayley ensured I was comfortable through out the treatments. It's worth it for the silky smooth skin!

I came to see Michelle for a last minute elite dermaplane facial and from start to finish she made me feel so welcomed and reassured with what she was doing. I had originally came in feeling quite tense and a little stressed out, but all of my tension and worries went away, not to mention my skin feels incredible, my makeup has glided on this week. I can’t wait to go back thank you xxx

Kresh did my facial today and she was absolutely brilliant!! I went for a bespoke facial and we began with any skin concerns I may have, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained each step during the facial and also gave a head/shoulder massage during the facial. I left feeling very happy and relaxed and my skin looks amazing. Will 100% be recommending Kresh to friends and family and have already booked in again for my next facial.

Had an amazing experience today. I was really apprehensive with having a facial due to having such sensitive skin but Lauren talked through everything with me to make sure it was tailored to my skin type. I had my first visit today with Hayley for a consultation and patch test for IPL, I was quite nervous to begin with as it’s somewhere new for me but she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in. I literally had no questions as she covered everything in the consultation, very knowledgeable in every aspect and I am looking forward to starting my treatments with her! 🫶🏽

I've just had my first xanthelasma treatment and it was a fabulous experience from the very start. Consultation before treatment was excellent and very informative. The treatment was clearly explained so I was thoroughly prepared and knew what to expect from the fibroblast pen, the staff are awesome, friendly and highly skilled. Would definitely recommended, hence the five stars.
