Chloe is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome and at ease. I had a consultation to discuss my requirements before having treatment and felt like Chloe had my best interests at heart, she isn't pushy but very knowledgeable and honest and actually advised me to wait on having my treatment to get the best results. The BEST facial in London. Hands down. It’s worth travelling nearly two hours to experience Lou’s magic hands and calming touch. My skin looks and feels amazing, but more than that, I feel wonderful. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼

I had the Ultimate Eye Lift and Firm treatment, and the result was really good from the first session. My skin always feels incredibly well after having a treatment at Jill. She is very knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest treatments and products. The treatment room is very clean, cosy, and it offers a very relaxed environment. Had an amazing facial at Nuyu. Jill really cares about the treatment she gives you and I always come out feeling relaxed but also like my face has had some serious loving. Her facials are so relaxing I love my treat of looking after my skin and having a relaxing treatment at the same time. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Jill is amazing, so professional, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about her treatments and products. She has a wonderful salon, spotless and all covid guidelines enforced. My Indian head massage was so relaxing then a back and shoulder massage too, I was so chilled. I then had Hopi Ear Candles which so helped me and I need this more regular. I had Anti-Ageing Facial and Caci my skin is now so refreshed and glowing just after this one treatment and I feel like me again. I had a good 4 hours of pampering and it was the best, thank you Jill xx

1st visit had classic eyelashes and eyebrow tint with Shannon who was great. Extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted following my consultation. I have already booked another visit/treatment.

Lou has such magic fingers, knowing when to apply just the right pressure to calm and alleviate stress. The room and ambience were spot on and I left feeling lighter and my skin brighter.

Chloe is the best at what she does and there is no one else I’d go to! I have a phobia of injections and therefore was scared about getting filler for years, however Chloe has been so patient with me and made me feel completely at ease every step of the way! She has transformed my side profile with nose filler, got rid of my sunken under eyes with tear trough, and after years of stubborn hormonal acne I nearly have perfect skin after just 2 sessions of microneedling! I now feel confident leaving the house without makeup on and that’s thanks to you 💗

Lana has created such a calm, peaceful environment. I throughly enjoy visiting her for treatments. Last week I have my first ever lymphatic massage. I didn't know much about it but really glad I gave it a go. I felt lighter, calmer, like all the stress in my body and mind melted away. I was only expecting physical effects but actually it was a real emotional release too. Also I am having the fruit acid chemical peel treatment, they have left my skin glowy and clear. I had some faint lines around my eyes which after 3 peels seemed to have disappeared. Lana 5 stars everytime.

I had Shannon do my nails today and she was great. So lovely and chatty, made me feel really welcome. She did a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for! The rest of the staff are lovely always asking if I need a drink or anything. Really nice experience overall :)
