This was my first experience at a Medi Spa and I was blown away by the time and attention Jacqueline gave me during my consultation. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I can trust my face in Carmen’s hands. She knows exactly what I need and she’s honest. I’ve had a couple of facials with her and the results are very noticeable! The best beauty salon around!! The owner is so nice and knows alot of information about the products she sells. Love Elva Claudia and the other Claudia for everything they have done for me. My lips ans checks look amazing. My botox is amazing. My acne on my face is the one I'm really surprised about. I didn't think my face could look like it does. My acne is pretty much gone. My face is less red, my scaring is less noticeable and my face is starting to get an even skin tone. I have never been so happy.

Excellent treatment for your skin

This was my first facial. I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect. The professionalism that Stephanie showed was incredible. She made sure to tell me what she was going to do and showed me the extraction tool she uses and asked permission to use it. After she was done, she explain that my face might feel heavy. I would say more that my face felt tight (in a positive way). My skin feels so smooth and the neck and head message were an added bonus that I was not expecting! I felt so comfortable the minute I walked in the door. If you've never had one, I highly recommend it!

Carmen's set up was very clean and comfortable. She did a thorough skin consultation with me before recommending some treatments specifically for my skin type/problem area and what my goals were. She recommended the hydraderm treatment as I was having problems with dullness and dryness. I also did a jelly mask that was really refreshing. The whole treatment left my skin feeling very bouncy and looking super dewy and hydrated! Not to mention she got all my stubborn blackheads! Totally recommend her services and will be going back for regular treatments! Thanks, Carmen!

I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.
