I went in for lymphatic drainage massage (lower) and 5 mins cryo post MCR half marathon. Came out feeling absolutely brand new. Cannot recommend enough.

We were in Manchester dancing for the week and went twice! It was amazing! The cryotherapy really helped with recovery and the staff were so helpful! Highly recommend!

Great reception, warm welcome from the lovely Caroline, great Sauna and Cryo facilities- not tried the rest.., yet!

An absolute must for both mind and body. The infrared sauna combined with cryotherapy is a truly rejuvenating experience. And the endorphin boost from the chamber is the icing on the cake. Thank you Karen for being so warm, welcoming and informative xx

First visit and Karen made me very welcome indeed. Had 2 treatments for the first time, the lymphatic drainage followed by the infra red sauna and loved it. A great way to end the day after being in the office. Highly recommend!
