I booked the 60 min float & Swedish massage to help with some aches and tension and to relax on a week off work. The float experience was great, I chose to keep the light on inside which was still low, gentle lighting. It was so relaxing, and felt fantastic to just float, take the weight off and not have any of my body resting against anything but water and be “forced” to relax, distraction free. The massage was absolutely fantastic. Nerissa was brilliant, adapting to what my body needed. I think I’ll finally sleep without shoulder pain tonight. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Lovely facilities - the sauna is fantastic!

I had such a wonderful sauna experience From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly, which made me feel relaxed right away. The sauna itself was spotless with the perfect balance of heat and comfort. I really enjoyed how peaceful the environment was , it gave me the chance to completely switch off and recharge. After the session, I felt refreshed, lighter, and full of energy. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating sauna session!

Absolutely amazing, relaxing experience. My daughter and I came as a treat before my daughter’s upcoming wedding. We both had a flotation experience and a Swedish massage (which was exceptional) thank you to the team and we can both highly recommend this lovely day spa

Cleo is patient with me, teaching me how to care for my natural hair, even when I ask the same questions at every visit. It took me 6 months to learn how to care for my hair at home, and now, 4 months later, my hair is healthy, staying on my head (not shedding excessively or breaking) and I feel great 😊. Thank you Cleo. As for my salon results, I left feeling like a million dollars!

The Swedish massage experience was great just the timing was not complete 1 hour. ☺️
