I had an amazing experience at Shangri-la spa - the massage was so relaxing, it was better than a sloth nap! The customer service team was also very helpful, although my initial appointment got canceled the day before. Fortunately, I had to settle for a 45-minute back walking and body massage instead of the luxurious 90 minutes of tabel shower that I had initially planned. Despite this setback, I'm delighted to say that Shangri-la Wellness & Massage Spa has won me over as a satisfied customer!

I'm seriously addicted to Shangri-la spa! This is my third visit in just one month. The combo of the table shower and body massage is to die for! And my masseuse, Sarah, is an absolute queen. She's so attentive and thoughtful. Plus, the free body and scalp rubs are seriously the cherry on top. Can't wait for my next appointment - already booked!

Thanks to Shangri-la spa, I was able to schedule and pay for the massage with ease! Sure, the massage therapist hit a few snags, but hey, no plan is perfect.
