I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

Had my lashes, eyebrows and nails and nails done by Alexis … absolutely love all, my lashes I can’t even feel them yet they open my eyes up so much, eyebrows shed and sorted and my nails are cute …. Thank you Alexis, lovel y to meet you and I will be back soon 💕💕

OH. MY. GOD. Are you kidding me??? This was by far the best set of lashes I have ever gotten done in my life!! And that's a lot coming from me cos I've been getting them done from other places for 8 years now! She also made me feel soo comfortable and relaxed and pampered. And what really stood out to me were the details and the NO PAIN experience. Whenever I got them done at other places, my eyes would BURN soo much once opened after the procedure, but she really knows what she's doing, cos it was painless and flawless. I'm a regular now. Wow.

I had ombré brows done with as a modal, the experience was very good, and I was made to feel very welcome by jazz and the ladies training. My brows turned out lovely, might need a follow up appointment but I’m very happy. I’ve also had a lip enhancement done by Jazz and all was fab again, very happy with the results and I’m sure I will be back again.

I would highly recommend shepack to anyone. Abi put so much consideration in to how I can be made to feel more comfortable with my disability at my appointments. I felt taken care of and treated with compassion and thoughtfulness, extra care taken to ensure my health condition was not triggered or flared. The treatment and quality of the nails is seriously impressive and I always look forward to coming back.

Took back 5 weeks plus nails and shortened them to fab length. Really pleased.
