What an absolute treat! I went to see Karen for a relaxing back, neck and shoulders massage, and added on a head massage as a little extra. From the moment I arrived, Karen made me feel at ease with a lovely initial chat and quickly understood exactly what I was hoping for in using a lighter touch that was perfect for relaxation. The whole experience was beautiful; the scents, the sounds, and the overall atmosphere were just perfection. Ceilidh greeted me at the door and offered a herbal tea before my leg massage which was a great start to some relaxation. The room was nice and cosy and the bed had a heated blanket so you were kept warm all the way through the session. She started off with explaining what she was going to do and why and at this stage she started the leg massage. It was my first leg only massage but as soon as it finished I booked right back in for another massage next month. High recommended

Decided to treat myself last Sunday morning to a facial at Karen’s new place and it was just amazing! This was my 3rd time visiting Karen and it was fantastic. I’ve gone for wild & radiant, rejuvenate & invigorate previously but this time I chose a facial with an extra 10 minute head massage. Every time I’ve been I’ve fallen asleep so that pretty much tells you all you need to know haha. Everything smells & feels amazing and I always leave feeling so relaxed and ready to take on the world! Can’t wait to come back 🥰

Absolutely exceptional treatment the whole thing is so immersive with music and scents to compliment. Karen is so intentional in her moved and what she is doing, you can absolutely feel the difference in the treatment she delivers. The scalp massage was amazing the first time in years I’ve had a tension headache massaged away. It was without a doubt the best treatment I have ever had.

Karen was absolutely incredible from booking in and receiving a consultation to find out more about me, to the most zen experience during the relax and rejuvenate appointment, and then a tea, bake, and mindfulness prompts to take away! I was so stressed before the appointment & I walked away feeling lighter than I have in ages. All the extra work & care Karen has put in to make this such an immersive experience has stuck with me and I’m finding myself implementing the little changes & feeling more myself already! I’ve been to Ceilidh a few times now and I am genuinely starting to feel some long term benefits.
