Absolutely the best eyebrow experience I have ever had - I have had some epic fails in the past so i was nervous, but Izumi is an absolute master at her craft and I am so happy with the result! The whole experience is very calming and luxurious. Highly recommended.

As a regular customer to Kess Hair & Beauty Glenfield, I usually come in for a service. However, today I wanted to spoil myself. I asked the beautician if I could do my hair as well. No hesitation at all, after my first appointment then straight into my prompt unscheduled hair treat. I’m more than satisfied and elated with the fantastic service and pleasant experience.

From the moment I walked into Izumi’s beautiful studio, I felt completely at ease. Her professionalism, knowledge, and precision were evident straight away. I had an eyebrow lamination with a tidy and tint, and the results exceeded my expectations — refined, natural, and perfectly shaped. Izumi’s calm, caring approach made the whole experience relaxing and indulgent. I left feeling confident and can’t wait to return in six weeks!

I had an eyelash lift and eyebrow shape. I am very happy with the way my eyelashes came out as I wanted them to. I had my eyebrows shaped to suit me and the change in appearance was amazing. Izumi is very friendly and her technique is professional. I had a great time. I would recommend her to everyone.

Toni is great at what she does. She takes the time to get your eyebrows just right and really pays attention to the details. You can tell she cares about her work and wants you to be happy with the result. I always feel in good hands and leave with brows that look clean and well-shaped. Would definitely recommend.

Has been my go-to for eyebrow threading and reshaping since I was introduced to them back in 2018. By far the best, and most experienced. Clean, fast and clearly skilled in their trade. Highly recommend

This was my second visit to Kess in Glenfield and Joshika has once again exceeded my expecting. I went in there looking like so.ething the cat dragged in backwards and walked feeling beautiful and confident.
