I had the trainee and her technique was very good, I felt very relaxed afterwards and peaceful. I'd like to give a couple points of constructive feedback, I would have liked her to ask me what pressure I'd like or how it felt, and also her nails did scratch a couple of time and was sometimes uncomfortable when she went round the back of my shoulders. None of which made my experience any less enjoyable just thought I'd mention. Still one of the nicest treatments I've had, thank you!

Janthea's very friendly and makes you feel at ease, especially as I'm not used to having my eyebrows tinted. She did the colour gradually, talking me through the process and making sure that I was happy before continuing. Thank you. :)

I had a hollywood wax and it was the most thorough and painfree I have ever had. She also threaded my eyebrows and did a great job. I’ll be a regular without a doubt. Jan is lovely and the space is fantastic.
