At 39 and a half weeks pregnant, Kate was still able to make me feel comfortable, and keep the pain of an intimate wax to a minimum. The most professional, yet warm and friendly service, as always. Arrived at 2.10 for 2.20 appointment. No receptionist, no meet and greet until my therapist collected me at 2.20. I also witnessed a client walk in to make an appointment and leave again because no one available to deal with her. Surprised that Cecily Marlow don’t recognise how important a receptionist is to the business.
