Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

Sophie is absolutely incredible, I’ve been having my LVL and my eyebrows snapped and tinted with her for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! She transforms them every time - so much care and attention paid which shows in the results.
