The HD Brows treatment was really thorough and personalized, giving my eyebrows a defined, polished look that suited my face perfectly. Ellie was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The eyelash lift was equally impressive — my lashes look longer, more curled, and natural without the need for mascara. Emma did my eyebrows and I couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly professional and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Her customer service and care are excellent. She made me feel comfortable and looked after the whole time. The salon is spotless, which makes the whole experience even better. It was my first time visiting Maria Charles after hearing positive feedback from friends - it did not disappoint! Lauren is AMAZING at eyebrows and Savannah did a lovely job on the pedicure I booked. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault. Thank you!!
