Very warm & welcoming greeting... Had attention immediately.. wasn't,t kept waiting at all... Katy very friendly and professional when asking how I wanted my hair cut & styled.. and was very patient in listening to my request... Most lovely and sweetest girl , had an eyebrow lamination. I was quite nervous as never had any eyebrow treatment before but meg was so lovely and welcoming and she is fabulous and did not disappoint! Going to book in for my eyelashes next week can’t wait :) x

Have been to Ruby’s Beauty Room a couple of times and the service has been very good. Today I had eyebrow threading and tinting. Ruby took great care and explained about the tinting as it is the first time I have had tinting with Ruby. Really pleased with the result and would recommend. I will be booking another appointment soon 😊
