I had a lovely experience with Sphiwe. I had an 8am appointment and by 7:53 when I arrived, I found her ready for me. Constantly checked in that I was okay and when I was cold, she switched on a heater for me. She plaited exactly what I asked for, I didn’t have to hold or hand hair pieces to her and she was fast. 10/10 experience for me. I will definitely be going back.
