Helen is a waxing perfectionist and leaves no hair left behind!! Never go anywhere else. Girls are all lovely and I have never had a bad experience in my 30 visits! I recommend to all my friends. Thanks ladies, you're amazing!

Really clear instructions, clean clinic and the practitioner very helpful in me understanding the process.

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I’m on my 4th session of laser, but this was my first session with my new practitioner, Safa. I felt nervous at first, but Safa made sure I was comfortable and throughly explained everything from start to finish. I appreciated her technique, taking her time, care and accuracy, ensuring she covered each targeted area with laser. The whole experience with Safa has been amazing! She was warm, reassuring and professional, and Im looking forward to my next laser session. Swisslaser also replies promptly and has made suitable time adjustments to suit my availability. I just wanted to leave a review for Safa. I usually have a different practitioner who I love and got so used to but was unavailable today. This meant I had safa. At first I was apprehensive, as I never had her before and felt nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable and targeted all the areas I needed with time and care. She also gave me lots of useful information. Looking forward to seeing her again. Practitioners here are amazing!!
