The lady was lovely, she gave me some ‘plastic bag trousers’ then wrapped my body in a jacket type thingy whilst I lay down, then started up the machine. Gave me the remote to choose a show on Netflix or listen to relaxing music. She checked if I was ok with the pressure level and then stepped out. She returned just before the machine finished to undo me and advised I drink water to help with the toxin flushing / drainage. It was a lovely, weird ticklish feeling initially, but very relaxing!
