I've been having massages with Ellie for a number of years now, but what really impresses me is how Ellie is constantly developing her (already considerable) skills. She has just returned from yet another round of training (more Thai Yoga massage), so my most recent massage had loads of brilliant new techniques to relax and release. This was my first experience at Ouseburn Massage Therapy, it definitely won’t be the last. I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. We all need gently stretching much more than we think - I do strength training so even more important that I balance with stretch & massage ... as always Eli is so intuitive to your own personal make up - gently working her magic every time . Absolutely the best massage ever. Perfect in everyway. An Attentive practitioner with a wealth of therapeutic skills who has created a space totally fit for purpose. Came away relaxed with a deep warmth and good feelings. I have a lot of chronic health issues and MSK pain and Elinoah has melted some of it. Within 10 mins I knew I'd found my go to person for when I feel achey or in need of holistic body and mind pamper. I've booked back in and my minds made up and body says I will return again and again.
