Five years ago, I got my first permanent eyebrow makeup done by another artist, and unfortunately, I deeply regretted it. Rosa was incredible, worked efficiently and was very detailed in her work. At first I came into the appointment nervous and unsure of what to expect for my first lash lift and brow lamination, but I felt very comfortable with Rosa!
