My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. So lucky to be able to come to such a great place with the nicest staff. Thanks you The Bothy! Xx

Amazing experience as always. Lauren is always so understanding and kind, I was unable to make an appointment at last minute and she managed to accommodate me the following day. I’m always impressed with my treatments. My brows looks fresh and tidy after a lamination.

Georgia you’re a miracle worker, it was a pleasure to see you at your new salon. All the staff there are so friendly, it’s a really lovely environment to have your hair done. Calm and friendly. Victoria was super friendly and welcoming. As we were in York for my daughters wedding we didn’t know where to get a hair up do and purely went off reviews. Victoria is excellent at up dos and 3 of us were more than happy with the end result. We would all 100% recommend her. You will not be disappointed I promise

I booked a 45 minute Swedish massage with Amy, and I requested firm pressure. This massage was better than the usual sports massages I get. I will be certain to book in here again during my next visit to York.

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

Lauren made me feel welcome and I received a lovely treatment! Lauren was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. Micro-needling was something I have never had before and I loved it! I also had my brows laminated and tinted. Which Lauren always does a fantastic job of! I would highly recommend any treatment from Lauren.
