Adele is lovely, she really made me feel at ease, and relaxed. She's extremely down to earth, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her work environment is peaceful and comfortable too. Lovely back massage which focused on releasing the knots in my shoulders The facial was very relaxing Overall the treatment and service was excellent.

I would highly recommend Adele, especially for her mum-to-be massage which I’ve just had. She set expectations beforehand and gave the perfect amount of conversation to help me feel comfortable and at ease, followed by peaceful quiet to fully relax. My body feels calm and de-stressed and I could have stayed there forever. She seemed to know exactly where my tension was and focused on those areas beautifully. The longer treatment time made such a difference, leaving me completely satisfied and at peace at 33 weeks pregnant.
