I’ve been visiting Emily for a few years now. I wouldn’t have anyone else going near my eyebrows! Most recently I have started having dermaplaning facials. I was an initially sceptical about these because I had heard about stubble growing back. Emily completely reassured me and my skin looks great. I book in monthly now.! Emily uses a fantastic range of products which are very gentle on the skin. Very important..the relaxing environment. Firstly very welcoming and inviting. Alice is very professional and though out my visit made sure everything/I was ok, such as the heat of the wax and had so much patience with me when it came to me not be able open my eyes at first (not out of anything Alice had done) I was hesitant on having my brows waxed due to places iv been before and not being happy with the way they look but I can honestly say I am impressed and glad I had them done, thank you Alice

Emily is an absolute angel! I so look forward to my 4 weekly brow appointments. She's not just my brow girl but I would also consider her my friend (and therapist lol). She really does make you feel so welcome and relaxed. I approached Emily after a recommendation from a friend while I was in the throws of breastfeeding. She made me feel so seen and understood. While I didn't visit her until I felt confident enough to leave my little girl, she was so kind and approachable when I made my first appointment and honestly I've never looked back.
