Louise did an amazing job on for my brow lamination, I got compliments from shop staff while walking around town after. She was thorough when asking questions to make sure she got them the exact way I like them and they are perfect! Amazing! I’ve been going to Hen since she started and each treatment I’ve had has always been incredible. She takes the time to really understand the style and look you are going for (especially for brows) and the atmosphere is so relaxed and calm, you feel like you can chill and relax knowing the result is going to be exactly how you want it to be.
