I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . The beutician was very kind, and professional. Highly recommend.

My experience, was fantastic, Joanne put me at ease right from the start of my treatment, she explained the whole procedure and if I wanted to take a breather was happy to do so, but that wasn’t necessary. She is very conscientious, and has a very pleasant demeanour, she definitely knows her stuff. I will not hesitate to return and also recommend. Lovely brows thank you so much.😁😁😁

Jo is so, so welcoming, making you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. She is knowledgeable and professional and although she offers an ever increasing range of treatments and procedures, there is no pressure, she just wants you to feel good about yourself, which I did as I left the salon today with my new brows, (lost through alopecia). No more pencilling them in every morning, for at least 6 months, bliss! I thoroughly recommend you give JM a whirl! Just fabulous!
