I got a lash lift and brow lamination done by Amy, I really cannot express how relaxed she made me feel the moment I stepped into the salon. She was extremely kind and talked me through each step and what she was doing. I suffer with anxiety and I stopped going to get my brows done due to bad experiences I had in the past, I can safely safe I’ll be rebooking with Amy when I need to get them done again and would really recommend her to anyone who’s looking to get there lashes or brows done, especially if they have anxiety! I have been with Billie for years now and I would travel anywhere to get treated by her. Best brows, conversations and support that artist can genuinely provide. Her salon is a little place of peacefulness where you can forget all your day to day life, even if it’s only for short while. Would highly recommend!

Had a root drag for the first time with toner. Lisa was really good. Explained everything in detailed. Very conscientious and cares a lot about what she does. Faultless. What an incredibly professional service from Genesis! My first time getting a lash lift, lamination and tint and a very long time since my last brow wax. Because of this, Genesis carefully and patiently explained each stage prior to each step of the lash lamination, lift, tint and waxing processes which was very much appreciated.
