Absolutely love my lashes. Lovely atmosphere very professional. . Had them done by someone else quite a few times but they have never looked as nice as these which Katie did for me yesterday. Would highly recommend this young lady. Thanks Katie.

Katie, as always, was friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire appointment. This was my first time having my brows done, and as someone with fair hair, I was a bit nervous about them turning out too dark. But Katie knew exactly what to do—she listened to my concerns, talked me through each step, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The results were perfect, and I left absolutely over the moon. Just had my monthly facial . I recently had Covid and my skin wasn’t feeling great . Katie soon had it feeling tip top again . Also had eyebrow tint and waxing lovely treatment. Always a great experience at The Elms .

Great Swedish back massage with Gemma this afternoon after my usual treatments of Vmould wax & brow tint & wax. She really got deep into the knots in my shoulders & neck. Good pressure throughout the massage & knew that this time was my ‘quiet’ time away from my twin toddlers so was happy not to chat through my massage. 😊 Lovely & relaxed & will be booking in for another along with an Indian scalp massage. ☺️ xx
