I went to Vida for semi-permanent eyeliner. She was very professional and reassuring about the process. She told me what to expect and did an incredibly good job of keeping me relaxed. The result was a beautifully done, neat, fine line along the lashes. Slight puffiness and extra sensitivity around my eyelids the following morning but very little. So pleased, thank you. Can't wait to go on holiday and not need eyeliner! (Already had the lash and brow tint done, so ready to go)

She went through all the productions with me before hand and spoke to me about my skincare and what I wanted to get out of our appointment. I felt relaxed the whole the way through.
