From the moment we walked into the shop we were greeted with excellent customer service, Rebecca made my daughter feel super comfortable and provided an exceptional service, daughter walked out with a big smile and now cant stop looking at herself ☺️. It was my first visit to Hollywood Lash Studio in Ferntree Gully, and Stevie was absolutely lovely. She made me feel comfortable from the first moment I walked in. She was very gentle, and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable and happy.

Amber was amazing. Professional and friendly. I’m so happy with the result of my eyebrows. I had the brow lamination and tint and I will be going back to have my lashes done. Highly recommended. Thank you Amber x

I feel so lucky to have found a great salon, I actually have very sensitive eyes and have been breaking out in allergies in the past (with other salons) but HLS has looked after me so well, no allergies and my lashes have been amazing! Brows too 😍

Customer service was impeccable, I booked in for mega vol lashes and a brow sculpt and tint. The girls managed to get me in that day and were extremely accomodating also listened to voiced concerns and acted accordingly. They’ve done an amazing job of both, I cannot highly recommend them enough, prices are also extremely good for the service provided. Thanks again girls. Xx
