I had the most amazing facial today with Jess at Chantilly. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. The whole experience was so calming and professional! Jess really knows her stuff. My skin feels absolutely incredible: hydrated, glowing, and refreshed. She tailored everything to suit my skin’s needs and explained each step, which I really appreciated. Honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to book in again. Highly recommend!

Mindfulness Signature Experience was definitely a bit different for me. Absolutely loved the new products, they all smell so delicious and definitely feel like they do the job for my skin. The massaging technique was 5 stars and beyond! Absolutely amazing how Astrid drains away the stress my skin & body holds. The mediation with the headset was a bit weird for me, couldn’t really get into it. Might be a me thing of being too high strung but will definitely try it again. Overall a very relaxing and rewarding experience

Sam goes above and beyond to make every one of my experiences so Devine, relaxing & leaving the salon feeling beautiful. Sam nails all my skin issues whether it be anti aging, pigmentation or the tone of my skin. Not only this, she manages my facial waxing & eyelash lift/tinting & brow shaping/tinting & skin care regime. Sam has such a beautiful caring nature & I just love my regular visit is with her. I have been seeing Sam now for roughly 12 weeks & I cannot recommend her enough. Sam has introduced me to her products "dermaviduals" which I am absolutely loving. Sam also does my eyelash lifts and tints as well as my hybrid brows and waxing.... Absolutely perfect job Sam.. I walk out feeling fantastic everytime with no irritations whatsoever. Today I received a hybrid brown dye + tint as well as hybrid eyelash extensions - Bec was absolutely amazing, 10/10 could not fault any part of her service. Lash room was an absolutely incredible set up (so beautifully cleaned- not to mention smelt devine) , professional but so easy to maintain conversation with and just an all round exceptional experience.
