I had a great experience with eyebrow threading. Joy did a very thorough cleaning and shaping my eyebrows.

Tried their back massage last week and enjoyed it so much, this time I went on a date with my 8 years old daughter the ladies were so friendly & welcoming the service was great too.

I initially booked a cut and blow-dry but the stylist managed to kindly fit me in for half-head low lights too which was great! The only constructive criticism I have is that I needed a bit more guidance in choosing the two shades of colour. I would have liked her to be a bit more confident and vocal in telling me how certain colours would look on my brown hair. I ended up choosing a copper shade which on my hair ended up looking quite red. Had I known that I would have stuck to something a bit closer to my colour. Haircut was great but colour not as good as in previous visits.
