ArtPM is the cutest, cleanest, nicest, and best permanent makeup/tattoo spot I have ever visited (and I have 11 tattoos and permanent brows and eyeliner). They always make sure to take their time and do it right and to your liking. The girls that work there are friendly and incredibly helpful and I love supporting a woman-owned small business. After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well.
