Busy Friday salon as expected but st no point did I feel rushed. Welcoming experience, I liked that I was talked through the process and details like potential hair colour change (my hair is dyed black). I was able to do my work without interruption and at the end I was sold hair care package but again I didn't feel pushed into it. Overall great experience and would recommend. I booked in for the Nanoplastia hair treatment.

Absolutely the best lash extensions I’ve had in Auckland! She is so patient and attentive to every detail — truly a special experience. The results are amazing — my lashes look so natural and beautiful. I especially love the UV light glue; my eyes felt nothing, not itchy at all. She takes the time to ask about your preferences, making the whole experience so personalized. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be going back forever!

Really relaxing environment and such a calming massage experience. I loved the initial consultation — Izumi kindly explained everything and made me feel at ease. I especially enjoyed choosing my essential oil and learning the meaning behind it. The massage itself was wonderful, and the scalp massage was a highlight. I left feeling completely rejuvenated.
