I recently completed my Level 5 training at Faces Academy, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff were approachable and friendly, creating a welcoming learning environment. Special thanks to Sian for her attentiveness and Emma, our trainer, whose professionalism and expertise made the practical sessions enjoyable. Lovely Sophie greeted me warmly and provided fantastic support. Both Emma and Sophie worked diligently to ensure everything ran smoothly, and their efforts truly made a difference. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was amazing, you can tell Homeira really knows her stuff. I came away feeling so relaxed. I also had a haircut cut which was very well done, the salon is a lovely environment and Homeira was so easy to chat to. Would definitely recommend.

Patrycja is very thorough, gentle, and precise. She follows the client’s expectations. She suggests her own solutions but doesn’t push if you want something different. She did a beautiful manicure on my sensitive and thin nails, without even a bit of discomfort. She works cleanly, using disinfected or disposable tools. I highly recommend her.
