It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 summer has gone above and beyond to sort my hair out after another salon in Newquay messed it up I shall now in future be travelling over an hour to plymouth to have the wonderful kind and talented summer to do my hair I absolutely love it and so greatful for the wonderful style and cut she has done. Sandra is absolutely amazing at what she does! She is incredibly talented, understand, patient and always makes me feel at ease and comfortable during every session. I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

Sandra was very professional and friendly. As a person which barely use any makeup she managed to do lovely evening glam makeup which didn't felt too heavy on my face. 100% recommend and will definitely use her again.

Really so over the moon with my hair, it’s the first time I’ve sat in a salon chair for years, Chloe is really friendly and lovely to chat to, but also very professional in her skills, she actually worked with my hair and how it falls and all the permanent kinks and cows licks I’ve got going on, I was fascinated as she explained the process and gave me feedback on how to maintain my style and what products would work best for my hair, I can highly recommend Chloe to anyone visiting, and wishing her all the very best in her new salon, I will certainly be going back, thanks so much Chloe 😊
