Had semi permanent makeup applied to my lips yesterday. Always very impressed with Ewelina’s professionalism and perfectionism. So I only had them done yesterday and am pleasantly surprised as to how great they look. The swelling had gone by the evening and am so happy with how defined they look in comparison to my previous pale undefined lips. Initially I thought that can’t be my natural lip shape but upon looking at them with a magnifying mirror realise the procedure has only brought out my natural lip shape which I didn’t realise I had.

Very professional service from the start to the end! Lovely atmosphere and truly welcoming reception staff, who managed to accommodate my request to have my treatment done as soon as possible. But most importantly, my treatment was done in the most professional way I could imagine. Ewelina is an extremely talented artist, who pays attention to every detail and makes sure at every step that I'm happy with my treatment. Kuba was fantastic during my visit on the 9th. I often see Bart and this was my first session with Kuba. He was upfront with what he wanted to achieve during the session and explained everything in detail beforehand. He also explained how we would proceed with my future treatments to allow for the best outcomes. I highly recommend Bianco Beauty and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kuba.

Can honestly say Koba is very knowledgeable and is always professional .. he takes care talking u through the process explaining what to expect to help remove the colours from a tattoo .. I’m so happy this tattoo is getting removed …I have been a customer to Bianca for previous removal of eyebrow micro blading that I was unhappy with they are gone and also another old tattoo removed I genuinely feel welcomed when I arrive and would happily recommend to anyone sitting on the fence to get in touch … the team are all amazing!!

This was my very first time getting permanent eyebrows done and Vinnie did a great job explaining everything start to finish and then answering any questions I had. She also listened very carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed which made the whole process easier for me. Vinnie was great :)

I just finished my second session of laser removal for my permanent lip makeup, and the pigment has almost completely faded since the first session. The technician was just as professional and gentle as the first time—he checked in with me throughout the treatment and made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate how clean and calming the clinic environment is, and the results are definitely worth it. If you’re considering PMU removal from the lips, I can definitely recommend starting—it’s working better than I expected!

It’s been over a year since I started my eyebrow tattoo removal and today I had my appointment for new semi-permanent eyebrows! I had such an amazing experience at Bianco. Ewelina is the best, I had semi permanent make up done else where years ago and it was uneven and healed blue, I came to Ewelina and after a consultation trusted her judgement. I’ve just had my 2 week top and they’ve healed so well. No more uneven brows as they’re a dark brown colour, gone is the blue. For the first time in years I’ve been able to go out without make up on.
