This was my first visit to the studio, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Meaghan was quick to respond to my emails beforehand, answering all my questions and putting me at ease. The studio is a calm little sanctuary where it’s easy to relax and switch off. I had a Hydrafacial, and Meaghan explained each step while tailoring the treatment to suit my skin’s needs. The massage at the end was amazing, and my skin looked refreshed straight after. I’m excited to visit again and to see what else Meaghan can do for my skin :) Highly recommended!

Zainab has been so sweet and so patient with me from the get go! I had my first laser removal session with J&H today and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable! They were both so informative and reassuring, I felt in really safe hands. The process itself was slightly uncomfortable but nothing near as bad as I thought it would be. I’d been in for a patch test previously where the laser removal process was explained thoroughly. Between appointments J&H have been available to answer any questions I’ve had. I know exactly what settings have been used for my treatment and why, as well as the appropriate aftercare. Looking forward to seeing the final results!
