Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I found out about Bianco Beautry through a TikTok creator called Kristen as she was highly satisfied with her results. It was a pleasure to speak with Bartek! He took his time to review and explain the procedure, address any concerns and reassure my safety & confidence with him. I had a patch test as I have had a keloid before and it went well! Excited to start my journey of removing my microblading. I will definitely be booking my sessions with him!
