Absolutely amazing service! I was made to feel so comfortable while having microblading done! Definitely recommend to anyone. So confident without makeup now! Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

Went in for microblading for the first time, Lisa was really professional and kind she talked me through it every step of the way and she made me feel comfortable by showing me what she was doing in steps and making sure that I was completely happy with the shape numerous times before going ahead. So happy with the result better than expected looks like actual eyebrow hair, will be seeing her again in 4 weeks for my top up .

First time visiting the salon today, Nicola was so friendly and welcoming. Had BIAB nails done and they were perfect! Will definitely be returning 🙂

Today I had the pleasure of having a luxury glow facial by the lovely Skye, she was very warm and welcoming upon arrival! She brought a professional attitude, as well as a friendly smile! made me feel soooo relaxed and comfortable, even before the treatment! As for the facial it was nothing but perfect my skin looks so glowy and feels so smooth and refreshed! Honestly couldn’t have expected better, 10/10 recommendation!!
