This is my second time getting a head spa experience, and by far this experience was better than my first the ambience first off, set the tone followed by the information that I was given by Mrs.Trina and the environment she created made you feel relaxed. I had no choice, but to lay down and literally fall asleep within minutes as she massaged my scalp and healed my hair follicles from the top down ....forget 10 out of 10 20 out of 20 i recommend
