It was my first time coming here and initially I was nervous for what I had booked but I was totally put at ease and I felt really comfortable. I was told what my next steps could be , given really efficient aftercare and felt like I was in safe hands and I was even was booked in for a follow up which I really appreciate. I would so recommend coming here and have done so with my friends + family :) x

Possibly my 5th visit but first time trying out Korean lashes. I loved the experience- was so relaxed I fell asleep 🥲 my lashes lifted very well. My natural lashes are short and sparse so added some extensions to make my lashes stand out some more. Will be back ❤️

Dionne is very knowledgeable regrading semi permanent makeup she is very professional talks you through the whole procedure and reassures you 👏 would highly recommend

The nicest and most welcoming person ever. She made me feel so comfortable immediately. Ive struggled with my skin for years but she was very attentive and the facial “million dollar facial” was exactly what I needed.

I had a classic facial with Shell and it was really relaxing. She was friendly and professional, and the treatment felt calm. My skin felt clean, soft, and refreshed afterwards. Great service.

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

Francesca is an amazing aesthetician! She did a fantastic job on my lips — they look absolutely beautiful. She is such a lovely and pleasant person, and you can really feel how professional and experienced she is. I’m so happy with the results and truly grateful for her wonderful work. I was emotional this morning, after losing my brows many years ago from chemo, but I love my brows - you have understood me perfectly and I was right to trust you to “frame my face” beautifully. Jess was recommended to me and I would highly recommend Jess to others - so if you are still thinking about it - don’t! - just do it.
