First time in the salon and was greeted with huge big smiles which really set a great tone for the salon, salon is beautifully decorated and spacious, I had kerys as my stylist today she is such a lovely chatty young girl and spoke clearly and talked me through every single step and made sure I was happy and if I wanted anything changed which I didn’t as she did such an amazing job ! i had kelsey doing my hair for around the 4th time. I thought i wanted a change and asked for creamy blonde but once she did it, i didn’t love it (my fault i thought i wanted it but didn’t like it on myself).
