It was my partner and I's first time at Hair By Hong and we were both under the care of Bella. She was so incredibly detailed and skilled at cutting both my hair and my partner's hair. We are so so happy with our new look and will be back soon for touch ups before we travel to Korea for a prewedding photoshoot. We will definitely make Hair By Hong our new regular hair salon to visit from now on. Incredibly impressed by the professionalism and ease Bella had when dealing with both of our hair and catering to our needs and questions.

I came to get a buzz cut for the first time as my hair had endured multiple perms and was pretty damaged. I came in the evening where it was only me and 2 of the employees who worked there. They took very good care of me and made what was a very daunting process for me a more comfortable one. If it wasn't for them I think my buzz cut could have been an even more unpleasant experience than it ended up being. Thank you to the 2 of them for their time. They also only charged me for a buzz cut even though they washed my hair and trimmed a little extra out of their own kindness. :)

I would highly recommend this salon, one of the best haircuts I have gotten in Melbourne. Yujin was an amazing stylist, took great care of my hair and replicated the same style as the photo !! Will definitely be going back.

I recently visited Hair by Hong Shop and had a fantastic haircut experience with stylist Robin. Their expertise in Korean hairstyles, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made my visit memorable. The barbershop maintains high hygiene standards, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommend Robin at Hair by Hong Shop for a great haircut!
