He really listened to me. I showed him an inspiration photo and he explained why cutting the back the same way may not be flattering for my hair type. I really appreciate his kind honesty. After initially cutting my bangs he asked if I wanted it shorter and then didn’t hesitate to cut it shorter. Very sweet. Will schedule him again.

Alex was amazing! Gave a good shampoo massage and neck massage and knew exactly what I wanted. Was very meticulous with his work, fast but not rushed. Very professional.
