Booked on line for a cut and blow dry. Chatty with Becky throughout, gave positive feedback on highlights previously done, lots of compliments. As I like the more messed up look, Becky offered to give my hair a waved finish. Great job done. Would highly recommend.

Honestly the best hair salon experience I’ve had. Nita took time to explain the steps of the treatment and had so much patience to answer all my questions. I left feeling more confident in how to properly look after my hair. The salon is welcoming and calm. I felt so relaxed in Nita’s loving hands and fully trust her with my hair. Every time I visit, I’m reminded of what excellent hair care looks like in my community. Over the years, I’ve been to some decent salons and quite a few bad ones, but The One Couture experience ticks all my boxes. The staff are warm and welcoming, and my hair and scalp are always treated with genuine knowledge and skill. This is clearly more than just a business, they truly care about your hair AND about you!

Juanita provides great customer service and hair care. She certainly knows different types of hair as she was able to revive my hair to it's natural curls. You don't find hairdressers like Juan anymore that actually knows the natural hair. AV xox

I was so pleased with my cut a few weeks ago, by Becky I went back for highlights. I decided to go for a copper colour to go with my blonde hair. Once again chuffed to bits. Already had numerous compliments, so would highly recommend Becky.

Booked again for highlights. It was really nice to get advice about the colours which would give me ‘sass’ and an uplifting feel. Would highly recommend.
