The salon was buzzing with customers today, Amy, Tempany and Cortney were amazing. Amy usually is a blonde specialist, however I gave her a challenge today with brunette and highlights. She smashed it out of the ballpark. I fall in love with these ladies and salon more and more every time I go. Hands down the best salon in Ipswich!

First time customer and so happy with my haircut and the service. After a chat about what I wanted, Shannon was able to cut and style my long and very thick hair just the way I like it! She also gave me advice on which products would help maintain the frizz and how to manage my hair in between cuts. The wash and head massage before my cut was amazing too. Thank you ladies! 😊

I don't know where to start. It is the first time I visited this salon and and I would actually double the five stars, if that was possible. Definitely great service from two really gracious ladies, nothing was too much trouble, and made me feel special from the moment I walked in. We struggled to find a salon who understood our family's hair needs. We have a son with gorgeous curls and other salons we visited just cut them off. The sylists at Polaris never compromised his curls during our visits. Will continue to support this salon.
