“Got a text from this salon thinking I was Edith. Spoiler: I’m not Edith. I’m also completely bald, so unless you’re offering beard perms or scalp polishing, I think you’ve got the wrong guy. That said, if Edith’s hair looks anything like the luscious locks in your photos , she’s in great hands. Can’t rate the haircut, but 5 stars for brightening my day with the most random SMS I’ve had in a while.”

not as good as usual. Fringe was cut too short, and generally the cut was shorter than I had requested, so that I can have a perm in a month.

I have previously been to the brassall branch in 2021 and the experience was really bad so I had steered clear. Today was a complete 180 on what happened last time. Natasha and Emma were awesome. I have autism and donate my hair which normally involves a lot of coaching that I'm not comfortable with and i dont really like haircuts. They made the whole experience seemless despite me showing up early, they were hospitable and Natasha actually asked me in a non pushy and friendly way if I wanted something tweaked, I didn't really need to instigate. Best experience in about a decade. Thank you.

salon was sooo busy. My stylist Shannon had all the time in the world for each client. So far - would say my perm has all the hall marks of being great

On a call in visit (live on road permanently) I was estatic with my short chic/pixie/hipster cut. Most hairdressers are not confident cutting a ladies hair in classic manner but Chris pulled off. Very Satisfied. When in Brisbane/Ipswich will return!
