Had an appointment for 2pm. I understand the nail tech running behind with another customer. However I was given cold water for my feet to sit in while I waited over 30 minutes. Then I never got to do a good soak in warm water once the tech was available. She did a great job but the pedicure was just an ok experience. You don't have enough color selection for dip nails so I decided to not do my nails. It felt like everything has an add on price as well.

Best salon experience in a long time. The studio wasn't crowded and I'm glad they take appointments. Definitely going back for a pedicure

Overall service was fine. I made an appointment with a specific tech and when I arrived I was told someone else would be doing my pedicure. Not the end of the world but it would have been nice to be told before I was sat so I could have chosen to reschedule be have my preferred tech do my toes or given any communication about the person I scheduled with not being available.

As usual - great work on my nails - got both manicure and pedicure and they were done to perfection! The atmosphere in BTS is also excellent. I’ll be back again for sure!

Tanya did my pedicure and Nicole did my manicure! I had the spa pedicure and it was absolutely delightful, will 110% book her again! Nicole did the Gel X on my nails. I really like them so far but I will get shorter next time. Overall the best nail experience I’ve had since moving to Colorado!

They are so sweet and welcoming. The spa is clean and organized! They use single-use pedicure tools so I know cleanliness is not an issue. They have a variety of tiers of services and don’t push or try to get you to spend more. Great prices and great service!

Lovely, friendly staff, quick to get me in with no appointment, & great, relaxing pedicure!

Nail salon is very clean. Staff is efficient and friendly. Very good pedicure.

My husband was pleased with Anu for his first pedicure. As usual, Nicole did a wonderful job for me. She has been amazing working to relieve the pain of my ingrown toenails. Thank you!

My experience was phenomenal. I was able to get gel-x nails as a walk-in(though the business recommends booking an appointment in advance) Nicole also did a phenomenal pedicure for me. 10 out of 10 will absolutely come again!

Highly recommend the CND Spa pedicure for those that have been on the go and just need to relax!! The massage with it was longer than any I had with a pedicure before, and I could have napped in the chair!

My experience at BTS nails and spa is always above and beyond my expectations. The spa pedicure is pure luxury and relaxation. I highly recommend it!! The salon is clean and they seem to take the appropriate measures to ensure compliance.
