First visit after lockdown eased and felt safe with the safety measures Charlotte had put in place. New online booking system and reminders worked a treat. Great manicure and pedicure received as usual.

My experience was amazing. I do not pay for treatments often, but when I do, I like them to be luxury and feel like a treat. I have had a pedicure on my first visit and I now would like to be a regular! The pedicure process was so well thought out, and lots of care attention given to the things that matter. I was also offered a drink for during my treatment, which I chose a herbal tea. This was delicious and another magical touch. I will be retuning ☺️
