Aiko is exceptional ! Her UV lashes once on will not come off ! Mine last me over 7 weeks - they gone on quickly and come off slowly . Aiko is very attention to detail and is so very friendly and very accommodating . I cannot recommend highly enough if you want lashes in Derby she is the one & I live in Manchester

Jess was absolutely amazing, I had a pedicure which was amazing acrylic nails which look fabulous and an eyebrow wax with Dee so feeling very pampered. I will deffo be returning. Thank you for an amazing experience xxxx

Booked for bikini and brow wax before my holiday. Lovely, clean room, Nikki was lovely and friendly. She recommended threading on my brows instead of wax and so glad she advised that because they look amazing! Now that I live in derby, I will absolutely be back here. Thank you

I have only just discovered Lily & Grace and wish I had found them sooner. I had my hair done last week and love it. Today was my eye brows and she has done a fantastic job. The salon is relaxed and comfortable, the staff are really friendly and very good at what they do. I will be booking for a facial and pedicure soon.

Absolutely amazing place with great services, Tatjana is truly wonderful and very skilled. I am a regular and even tho I have moved out of Derby I have never found a better place and rather make an effort to travel for my appointments, very thankful for being convenient with time slots offerd. I can be very picky but I have never left disappointed. When in doubt, you can always trust her with what suits and fits you the most. 🥰💯

Great pedicure, taking all of my hard skin off as well as leaving my nails clean and smart. The therapists are very welcoming and friendly. I enjoy the whole experience whenever I visit Venus.

Excellent service. Managed to squeeze me in before the weekend but still took care and attention. Will be recommending to friends in derby and certainly using again.

I've been coming to the salon now for 4 years. I no longer live in Derby but travel here especially to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted they are always done to perfection. Always a friendly service and nice and chilled mostly with relaxing music. The salon is also very clean and very rare I have to wait even when it gets a little busy. Reasonable prices too I would highly recommend

Always a pleasure doing my nails with Valeria, she is the best in Derby hands down. When it comes to nails, her knowledge and technique is the one of the best I've seen so far ☺️ Highly recommended 🤩
