Kim is amazing! As someone who is incredibly fussy and has had their fair share of horror stories, I was looking for someone that I felt confident going to regularly. I've been a regular of Kim's for over a year now and I can't praise her or share her information more. She is professional, takes care of your nails, listens to what you want and is incredibly talented. I've just recently got a pedicure for her and I've never been more relaxed! Definitely give phoenix beauty a go.

Nails and Boujee pedicure today with the ever so talented Rosie. I’m a classic French person and she does them beautifully. Maybe next time I will try some of her art as she always makes her clients nails look so pretty. Rosie also done my brows and eyelashes. Excellent experience and so pleased with my pedicure. Jasmine has a great touch as someone with ticklish feet I'm very impressed!

Laura is very welcoming and ensures I’m comfortable before starting treatments. As a repeat customer she knows how I like things done and it’s great to have a catch up each time.

I met Tanith this evening for a consultation and patch test. She was very thorough and went through my history to minimise any adverse reactions. I was a little nervous as I've never done laser hair removal before but she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Looking forward to seeing the results after more sessions!

Amazing as always. Bettina even went out of her way to put in extra measures so I could be comfortable during my pedicure and eyebrow wax, as I am 36 weeks pregnant. This place really do go the extra mile to help their customers. No where else I’ll go for treatments
